Genos Appoints VP of Sales and Marketing
Genos (
www.genos.com.au
), a market leader in online emotional intelligence (EI) testing and assessment, has appointed Matt Galik to the newly created role of Vice President Sales & Marketing. Matt has an extensive background in management consulting and psychological/psychometric testing having most recently been the Asia-Pacific VP Sales & Marketing at Hermann International.
Building upon the momentum gained from recent marquee sales to the likes of IBM (India) and Sanofi, Matt will lead Genos’ push to secure key corporate clients and new global distribution and alliance partners and to address the needs of the large corporate market with innovative online HR solutions.
Genos is also assembling a consortium of blue-chip Australian organizations to participate in the research and development for a new broad-based organizational assessment targeted at maximizing employee retention. This new instrument is likely to be ready for commercial release in mid 2008.
