Valorem wins iAward
The Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) recognised Valorem Systems’ Praxeo solution as the winner of their iAward’s Industrial Applications category. In a ceremony held on the evening of 30 May at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, AIIA continued its 17th year of honouring entrepreneurs throughout Australia for their high-tech innovation and excellence in delivery.
“We are excited that such a prestigious organisation as AIIA has recognised the innovation of Praxeo and the impact it will have on the facilities management industry,” says Jon Tinberg, Managing Director of Valorem Systems.
The Praxeo software suite is a web-based site management system. Praxeo gives owners, site managers, contractors and tenants the tools to remotely manage sites. Employees, contractors and visitors log on and off at a terminal which checks insurances and inductions, provides messages and unifies owners, managers, tenants and contractors. Site owners and managers can then log on from any location to see activity reports, receive contractor messages, check on jobs and verify completion. Praxeo provides its users a level of proof of who is working at a given site at specific times and that proper procedures are being followed. With Praxeo, clients achieve consistency in messages, procedures, safety guidelines and service delivery across all their sites. Concurrently, owners and managers have the flexibility to send messages to all entrants at all sites or only a specialised group at specified locations.
“Our customers now achieve a level of control they’ve never had before over their sites. The remote management of sites provides our clients with the leverage to continue to expand their property portfolios with increased efficiencies,” continues Tinberg.
