WindSpring Bouncing Along

Divergent investee company WindSpring has reached a major milestone signing its first multi-million dollar contract with one of the worlds leading navigational device manufacturers. The deal will run over three years with
WindSpring to supply its patented data miniaturization technology for use with in-car navigation devices.

Simultaneously WindSpring has signed two new global agents that have access to other large navigational product suppliers. One of these agents has already been trained on the product with the other to follow shortly, it is expected that sales from these partners will come on stream in the next six to eighteen months.

Divergent would also like to thank the departing CEO Rob Mitro for his years of service to the company, Rob decided to leave after hitting retirement age. We wish him well in his new life and we welcome Tom Hunt as the new President and CEO. Tom has a wealth of management experience earning his initial stripes in the Reagan White House and then in management of several large US corporates.

Congratulations to the WindSpring team!
